As OEM Partner, you (the client) provide the concept, design, or detailed specifications for your products, and we manufacture and source it for you. The product carries your brand name, and we act as the production partner.  You own the intellectual property (IP) of the design and we handle material sourcing, manufacturing, and quality control.  

As your ODM Partner, we provide the design concepts, product ideas.  You select the products you like from our catalog or request modifications, and we produce them under your brand name.
